• השירות מאפשר העלאה מרובה של מודעות לחשבון ה-Meta Ads שלך. אתה האחראי הבלעדי לתוכן המודעות, לתקציבים ולעמידה במדיניות הפרסום של Meta.
• כל המודעות נוצרות במצב מושהה (PAUSED). הפעלתן והתקציב שירוץ בעקבותיה — באחריותך בלבד, דרך Ads Manager.
• השירות ניתן כמות שהוא (AS-IS). איננו אחראים לנזקים שינבעו משימוש בשירות, לרבות דחיית מודעות, השבתת חשבון או חיוב תקציבים על ידי Meta.
• אסור להשתמש בשירות להפצת תוכן מטעה, פוגעני או כזה שמפר את מדיניות Meta.
• אנחנו רשאים להשעות חשבונות שמפרים תנאים אלה.

• The service enables bulk uploading of ads to your own Meta Ads account. You are solely responsible for ad content, budgets, and compliance with Meta advertising policies.
• All ads are created in PAUSED state. Activating them — and any resulting spend — is your responsibility, via Ads Manager.
• The service is provided AS-IS. We are not liable for damages resulting from its use, including ad rejections, account restrictions, or budget charges by Meta.
• Using the service to distribute misleading or harmful content, or content violating Meta policies, is prohibited.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
